Uranura mongrels are prone to birth defects, such as Stone Skull’s bald patches. Without the normal thick fur protecting his face, all the training, wrestling, and hunting he’s done has left his face scarred. He’s also prone to sunburns, fly bites, and infections, so he’s gotten comfortable with medicine. He prefers working nights, so he prowls around the village perimeters while others sleep to prevent attacks from wild beasts or incursions from other tribes’ scouts. Usually scouting and stealth is left up to Tiaos of the tribe, but despite his size and bulk, Stone Skull is surprisingly agile and delicate in his movements—until his brute strength is required to silence a threat.
In companionship, he’s looking for someone who won’t judge him based on looks, and is willing to get to know him on a deeper level. Between his appearance and his nocturnal role, he’s often isolated, and his only real friends are his littermates. He’s fiercely protective of those he cares for, and he has a lot of compassion and support to give. While he’s not a big talker, he does love company, and would love someone willing to give his ruff a scritch now and then.
In return, he’ll protect you and your spirit family from any danger, will help with meal prep and taking care of unpleasant chores. He’s also a deft medic, should you need some swift care for scrapes or other mundane injuries. So, if you’re looking for a hulking Bodovian to join you at the gym or on your nighttime walks, Stone Skull is looking for a found family that will accept him as one of their own.
